Here's an article on how to apply Pinterest to your business.

  Businesses: Getting Started with Pinterest

Social media is steadily becoming one of the main ways in which business connect with their consumers and announce new products or services. Pinterest is steadily rising in the ranks as one of the top three social media sites for a business to utilize in order to promote their service or product. Pinterest is a different type of social media site in that the business is basically pinning images and videos for everyone to see. However, it is often said a picture can be worth more than any article or text the business utilizes. There are several ideas a business can utilize in order to make their images stand out more, but first, the business must get started with Pinterest.

  Getting Started
When first getting started with Pinterest is a good idea to make the profile stand out immediately. The business owner will want to ensure they make the profile complete as can be. The profile is the main way in which people will discover more about the business, thus having an incomplete profile is only going to let to disaster. It may also be a good idea to buy Pinterest followers in order to start advertising the business immediately after starting the Pinterest account.

  Building the Profile
Among the basic features of the profile including the business name and the like, the image of the business should be present. Keep in mind Pinterest is a visual social media site, thus the idea of having a business logo is the best idea. The person should make this business logo something which will stand out against the other businesses out there. Research has found business logos which contain bright and solid colors are those which are noticed more often than others. If the business already has a logo, then by all means use this, since this is already the recognized symbol for several consumers out there.

 After Passing the Starting Point
Once you have utilized your profile to its fullest potential, make your first post as soon as possible. This is the best way in which someone can get more followers on Pinterest. The first posting should be one which will draw attention immediately, while also allowing for people to learn all they can about the company. This means making this image or video all about the business. Though most businesses do not constantly post images related directly to the business, but may make this something which consumers will have an interest in. However, the first post should be directly related to the business. The use of Pinterest is one of the best ways for a business to connect to a different set of consumers on the market. More and more people are utilizing Pinterest to find businesses for their needs, and any business who is not utilizing this source is losing out on business. When competing in a market like the current market, it is essential a business takes any advantage they can. This is the only way in which a company can reach the heights that are possible.

Johnny Walker Author of EKKO Mysteries

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to run sound for a rock-n-roll concert, EKKO will place you in the drivers’ seat and step on the gas.
The series is based on a rock band that has just started a major tour across North America. But this isn’t your typical sex, drugs, and rock-n-roll story; it’s all about the adventures of CJ, our protagonist, who has a hunger for paranormal adventure.
After a hike in the forest one day, CJ returned with a device that has taken his craving for the unknown to a whole new level. He lost his parents at an early age and since then he’s searched the paranormal world hoping to find them. Now that he has a way to cut a few corners, he dives headfirst into the unknown. What he discovers is a blessing in disguise.
The rock band hits the road and the dynamics of a working tour start to unfold. As with any working environment, a road tour also has its share of egomaniacs and dysfunctional personalities. Each man has a job to do and keeping up with the pace is tough enough, but things get really interesting when CJ starts throwing some paranormal curveballs into the mix. The result is a heaping plateful of mayhem served on stage via sound and lights.
As the tour progresses, CJ goes to extreme measures to find ghosts because he’s discovered a way to incorporate the phantoms into his stage shows. The concertgoers can’t get enough of it. So much so that news is spreading fast and ticket sales are starting to soar. Now that everyone thinks he’s added holograms to the show, the media is pounding on the door for an exclusive. As if that weren’t enough, the mind-bending shows are starting the draw the attention of record moguls as well. Seeing this as an opportunity to cash in on someone else’s idea, the music executives quickly send out the spies.
Trouble is, CJ has his hands full searching for ghosts and even after he finds them, they’re not always easy to persuade. In order to make sure each stage show is over the top, he finds himself wheeling and dealing within the spirit world. The hair-raising adventures begin to tarnish his credibility and rumors start to spread.
Noticing that CJ always has an excuse for not being around at certain times, CJ’s assistant is starting to see a pattern. He develops a rancid jealousy, which only feeds his craving for power. It doesn’t take long before he, too, starts plotting against CJ.
In spite of the paranormal battles and the crumb-snatching spies, and even after he sends the media on a wild goose chase, CJ still has a job to do. Since his one true love is sound and lights, he’s determined to keep it all together.
Or does he?

CANNOT WAIT TO SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO CJ
What a great story! I could not put the book down. From one page to another, I just wanted to know what would happen next! I got so attached to the characters. It is an easy read with interesting references to all types of music. Johnny writes with almost a music tone. The way he describes scenes and involved you into CJ's adventures keeps you on your toes at all times. Cannot wait to read more about CJ's life......

More reviews from EKKO White Limousine...Big thanks to these guys!!

In the world of sci-fi there are two things: Genius and crap.
EKKO is the former, and so much more. Instead of been there done that interplanetary wars, monsters and aliens, we get the most original idea to come along in eons. Johnny Walker has come up with a premise so original, it challenges all you have ever understood about music, dimension and physics. A world that exists within our own yet hidden from all of us. That is until we meet C.J. The man who discovers it all. EKKO is so methodically mapped out in terms of characters, plot and scene. I went back for a second read to see what nuances I might have overlooked, and man are there nuances! We also get the first new original technology in perhaps ever! The Hayson is one of those things that will eventually become a part of our vernacular, like Death Star or the transporter. Finally a maverick has come to blow the dust off of what sci-fi has become over the last two decades, cliché and boring. There is not one borrowed idea, not one similar character, Nor one familiar theme. This is original from the ground up. Mr. Walker seems to have channeled something from the next dimension and will have you bringing a flashlight to bed to make sure you are alone.
Powerfully original and breathtakingly fascinating!
